ENGR. TONY OGBUIGWE

Consultant

Engr. Tony Ogbuigwe has over 45 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, including senior positions in the NNPC Group and in Nigeria LNG Company Limited.

He was the Executive Project Manager in Nigeria LNG Ltd from 2002 to 2010, responsible for managing the construction of Trains 4, 5, and 6, which together produce about 12.6 million tons per annum of liquefied natural gas (LNG). He also managed the pre-FID works and negotiations for NLNG mega 8 million tons per annum Train 7, which is now under construction, albeit with some modifications.

ENGR MARK WILLIAMS

Consultant

A licensed Chemical/Process Engineer with 43+ years of post-graduate experience spanning upstream, midstream, and downstream oil & gas—with deep hands-on exposure in efinery operations, gas processing, compression/flow stations, process engineering consultancy, rehabilitation/revamp projects, and workforce training.

ENGR ANTHONY ABANA

Consultant

Engr. Tony Abana is a Project Manager & Certified Business Analyst with over 30 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, specialising in gas pipeline project execution and management and Liquified Natural Gas (L.N.G.) technology as middle management.

He was the Project Manager for the Escravos-Lagos Gas Pipeline Project (ELP II) from Sept 2010 – 2024, responsible for managing the construction of 36-inch diameter, 342-km pipeline designed to transport natural gas to industries and power plants.

Dr. AKPEZI OGBUIGWE

Akpezi Ogbuigwe has over thirty years of professional experience in environmental law and policy, gender and sustainable development, and transformational change in higher education in Africa.

She was previously the Head of Environmental Education and Training and later served as the Coordinator of the Ecosystem Management Programme at the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). Additionally, she was UNEP’s lead focal point during the UN Decade of Education for Sustainable Development.
